Job Description
As the contact interface of the sales team to German and other European customers for logistic aspects
To ensure on-time plan and delivery according to orders and forecasts from customers
To be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of order receipts and logistics coordination in all areas of customer service activities
To build and to maintain well cooperation with Keboda internal colleagues and external partners
To work on continuous improvement/optimization of customer logistics topics (processes, tools and concepts) based on company´s business strategies and objectives
Profile
Education: Bachelor or higher Degree in Supply Chain, German/English language or equivalent education background
Excellent career starter or candidate with proven experiences in automotive logistics and customer service management activities
Strong communication ability with customers, partners and internal colleagues
Excellent skills with high proficiency in ERP and MS Excel office
High level of initiative, hands-on mentality, teamwork, organization and confidentiality
Fluent Chinese, German and English skills in speaking and writing
