Location: Wangjing, Beijing
Accountabilities:
- Report to Regional Project Manager (Asia Pacific)
- Provide professional project management technique so that gas power projects can be completed on time or ahead of schedule with minimal cost.
- Plan and schedule project timelines with milestone, manage project budget and resource
- Determine technical boundary with design institute, sub-supplier, installation Company, etc.
- Implement commissioning smoothly in order to receive the payment in time.
- Liaison with facility project manager and dealer to clarify contractual technical and commercial terms.
- Coordinate Caterpillar internal cross-functional resource: sales, commercial, application engineering, logistic, finance, etc.
- Assists in development of dealers’ technical capabilities by making correct application/installation.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Background, experience and skills required:
- College, university, or equivalent degree required, electrical, mechanical and internal combustion engine preferred.
- At least 5 years working experience with power plant as project manager is highly desirable. PMP or MBA is one plus
- At least 5 years work experience with a multinational company
- Familiar with the MS office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
- Good command of written/spoken English including technical terminology, CET-6 or above.
- Good interpersonal skills, teamwork spirit, mature and self-motivated character.
- Willing to do business travel
