As Pre-sales Engineer you will be the next driving force behind Hanshow. You are self-motivated and have a “can-do” attitude. You will work closely with other senior leaders across a variety of departments.
At Hanshow you will:
Within the technical department and reporting to the Technical Director, you provide sales and customers with technical and functional support in the development and negotiation of commercial offers. You translate the opportunities and needs of customers.
You develop a special relationship with customers to support them in their development needs.
As part of your function, your missions are:
- Analyze the customer context with the Sales Engineer;
- Supervise the start of the project and monitor the progress of the project;
- Ensure the smooth running, in coordination with the Sales Engineer;
- Participate in the response to calls for tenders;
- Integration, test, validation of our system with the customer during the pre-sales phase；
- Communicate with customers, collect and review requirements as well as proposing solutions；
- Responsible for communicating with customer's technical team, conduct training to customers on product using and daily maintenance as well as problem solving solutions.
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in communications, computer science or other related majors is preferred, engineers with relevant experience is preferred；
- Fluent in Chinese, fluent in German (above B2), English skills are a plus；
- Master at least two of the following skills: Linux command operating system, basic database (Mysql/MariaDB) operation；
- Understand the principles of wireless communication；
- Basic programming skills, including but not limited to Python, Java and JavaScript；
- Basic network knowledge (routing exchange), CCNA certificate is a bonus item；
- Can accept travel needs；
- Have a team spirit.

Your main tasks will include:
- Responsible for technical support and system maintenance in local projects during after-sale stage;
- Working closely with solution team for solution implementation.
- Providing technical support during project implementation phase and solve technical issues.
- Handling customer claims of technical problems and tracking tickets to ensure SLA;
- Being part of on call team;
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in communications, computer science or other related majors is preferred, engineers with relevant experience is preferred；
