Responsibilities:

Coordinate with vendor, deploy, configure and manage network/IT devices according to design
Interface with end-customers to understand system needs, present technical solutions
Interact with and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects
Identify, track, mitigate, and manage technical risks
Study technical Document and solutions from product website
Conduct research and exploration of suitable technologies to create an optimized solution suitable for implementation
Provide training to the junior engineers and responsible for their technical skill improvement.
Responsible for all technical issue resolve
Reports to senior management on development status

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Security or equivalent.
Experience in implementing and administrating network devices such as Switches, Routers, Firewall, Wireless Controllers, and Wireless Access Points
Experience in implementing and administrating Server hardware and software including Operating System and Application
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
Able to guide junior team member for technical issue
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills in English and Mandarin

Able to work independently and able to work in a team
