职位描述：
1、根据公司新能源业务发展需求，承接上级指令负责沟通协调完善欧洲本地新能源行业跨境干线、保税仓运营相关业务，确保项目的实施落地和正常运营。
2、负责搭建欧洲本地保税仓及清关操作相关运营监控体系，监控全链路运营指标，持续优化和改善物流运营质量。
3、负责提升客户体验，降低整体运营成本，提高效率。
4、跨部门沟通协调，在运营过程中积极总结并提出产品相关的改善点，并可以主导相关项目推进。
职位要求：
1、大学本科以上学历，需要具备跨境物流，欧洲保税仓库相关运营工作经验，对欧洲清关政策有丰富的实操经验人员优先。
2、熟悉新能源行业运营流程和欧洲本地运作模式，并需要有熟练的操作及供应商管理经验；
3、有较强的自驱力，专业性强，认可JD.com企业文化。
4.良好的英语水平，德语流利者，中文母语者优先。

Job Description:
1、According to the company's new energy business development needs, undertake superior instructions responsible for communication and coordination to improve the European local new energy industry cross-border trunk line, bonded warehouse operations related business, to ensure the implementation of the project and normal operation.
2、Responsible for building European local bonded warehouse and customs clearance operation related operation monitoring system, monitoring the whole chain operation index, continuous optimization and improvement of logistics operation quality.
3、Responsible for improving customer experience, reducing overall operating costs and improving efficiency.
4, cross-departmental communication and coordination, actively summarize and propose product-related improvement points in the operation process, and can lead the relevant projects to promote.
Job requirements.
1、Bachelor degree or above, need to have cross-border logistics, European bonded warehouse related operation experience, and have rich practical experience in European customs clearance policy is preferred.
2、Familiar with the operation process of the new energy industry and the local operation mode in Europe, and need to have skilled operation and supplier management experience.
3、Strong self-drive, professionalism and recognition of JD.com's corporate culture.
4、Good command of English, fluent in German, native Chinese speaker preferred.
