工作职责:
1.负责应收账款日常核对工作，及时将对账资料收集存档；
2.协助统计客户预计回款数额，辅助销售部分进行运营分析；
3.和客户结算对账应收费用，附加费，催收应收账款；
4.进销存报告的整理与出具；
5.负责对接各业务方反馈，并能通过联合公司内不同业务场景，及时发现问题并提升解决效率。
岗位要求:
1.本科及以上学历，物流与供应链管理专业优先；
2.对物流业务服务/运营工作有兴趣，有相关仓库运营或物流配送业务经验者优先；
3.熟练使用Excel等办公软件，对数据敏感；
4.有较强的沟通能力，项目协调能力，良好的团队合作精神和客户服务意识，抗压能力强;
5.英语、德语流利，中文母语者优先。

Customer Service Intern
Job duties.
1.Responsible for daily reconciliation of accounts receivable, timely collection and archiving of reconciliation information.
2.Assist in the statistics of the expected amount of customer refunds and assist the sales section in operational analysis.
3.Settlement of reconciliation receivables with customers, surcharges and collection of accounts receivable.
4.Collation and issuance of sales and inventory reports.
5.Responsible for docking feedback from various business parties and be able to identify problems and improve the efficiency of solutions in a timely manner by uniting different business scenarios within the company.
Job Requirements.
1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in logistics and supply chain management is preferred;
2.Interested in logistics business service/operation, experience with warehouse operation or logistics distribution business is preferred;
3.Skilled in using Office software like Excel, sensitive to data;
4.Responsible for the completeness and accuracy of revenue, assist in the summary statistics of monthly revenue, answer customer questions on warehouse delivery billing, track customer payments and timely write-offs.
