库内操作组长
岗位职责：
1.对现场工作和人员能够进行合理的安排和把控，现场5S管理。
2.要明确每个月的KPI考核指标，并制定对应的工作计划。
3.要熟练地掌握派发任务的逻辑和规则，而且要保证每天的作业进度。
4.对员工制定详细的激励制度，并进行实施。
5.及时处理现场的问题和工作异常
6.帮助和辅助自有员工降低差异
7.每天提前进行作业前的人员安排，准备工作。
任职要求：
1.责任意识比较强
2.要具有较强的执行力
3.有一定的团队管理能力
4.具有仓储的一线管理经验和工作经历优先
5.具备英语，本地语言能力，会中文优先

Warehouse Operations Team Leader
Job duties：
1. To be able to make reasonable arrangements and control of site work and personnel, site 5S management.
2. To be clear about the KPI assessment indicators for each month and make corresponding work plans.
3. To be proficient in the logic and rules of assigning tasks, and to ensure the daily progress of operations.
4. To develop a detailed incentive system for staff and implement it.
5. Deal with problems and work exceptions on site in a timely manner

7.Pre-assignment of staff and preparation in advance of each day's work
Job requirements：
1.Strong sense of responsibility
2.To have strong execution ability
3. Have some team management skills
4. First line management experience and work experience in warehousing is preferred
5. English and local language skills, Chinese is preferred
