岗位职责：
1、协助销售部门完成销售过程中的价格核算，产品报价及客户答疑；
2、对客户进行产品使用的相关培训，跟进客户在使用过程中遇到的问题；
3、及时跟进处理客户异常及客户投诉，收集处理异常并及时上报解决；
4、负责产品成本的核算及分析；
5、负责核对供应商账单并进行统计分析，对数据或账单出现异常及时处理反馈以解决；
6、及时协调跟进解决公司各部门出现的尾程物流异常并及时汇总上报。
任职资格：
1、 物流管理等相关专业，本科以上学历，3年及以上相关领域工作经验者优先；
2、熟悉海外渠道供应商的分布，对渠道商的运费折扣、计费方式、优势、特点及网络范围和时效精通；
3、有跨境物流或海外仓相关工作经验者优先；
4、熟悉海外仓尾程发货渠道的的模式和操作流程，对海外仓各服务项目熟悉；
5、电脑操作运用熟练，精通excel及相关函数的运用，有数据分析经验优先考虑；
6、良好的沟通能力，做事仔细认真，思维清晰，有较强的服务意识；
7、德语、英语优秀，中文母语者优先。

Last-mile Operation
Job duties:
1.Assist the sales department to complete the sales process of price accounting, product quotation and customer Q&A.
2.do the training to the customers related to the use of the product, follow up on the problems encountered by customers in the process of use.
3.Timely follow up and deal with customer abnormalities and customer complaints, collect and deal with abnormalities and report to solve them in time.
4.Responsible for the accounting and analysis of product costs.
5.Responsible for verification of supplier bills and statistical analysis, timely processing feedback to resolve abnormalities in data or bills.
6.Timely coordinate and follow up to solve the tailing logistics abnormalities in various departments of the company and report in time.
Job requirements:
Logistics management and other related majors, bachelor degree or above, 3 years and above working experience in related fields is preferred.
- Familiar with the distribution of overseas channel suppliers, proficient in freight discounts, billing methods, advantages, characteristics and network scope and timeliness of channel providers.
- Experience in cross-border logistics or overseas warehouse related work is preferred
- Familiar with the mode and operation process of the overseas warehouse tailing delivery channel, and familiar with the service projects of the overseas warehouse.
- Skilled in computer operation, proficient in the use of excel and related functions, experience in data analysis is preferred.
- Good communication skills, careful and conscientious, clear thinking, strong sense of service.
- Fluency in English, German. Chinese is preferred.
