运营实习生
工作职责：
1.数据分析：根据每日运营数据做问题分析；
2.协助小组负责人完成运营模块相关工作；
3.异常处理：处理每日运营的异常情况；
4.部门协同：与相关业务部门协同，共同完成目标；
岗位要求：
1.热爱互联网业务；有相关的互联网物流经验；有IT背景优先；
2.掌握Excel等办公软件；
3.性格外向，有责任心，善于沟通，有较强的执行力，计划性和组织能力；
4.具有良好的团队合作精神，抗压能力强；
5.德语、英语优秀，中文母语者优先。

Operations Internship
Job responsibilities:
- Data analysis: do problem analysis according to daily operation data.
- Assist the team leader to complete the operation module related work.
- Exception handling: handle daily operation exceptions.
- Departmental collaboration: collaborate with related business departments to accomplish the goals together.
Job requirements:
- Have passion for Internet business; relevant experience in Internet logistics; with IT background is preferred.
- Mastering office software such as Excel.
- Outgoing, responsible, good at communication, of strong execution, planning and organizational skills.
- Have good teamwork spirit and strong anti-stress ability.
- Excellent German and English, native Chinese speaker is preferred.
