卡派运营岗

1. 配合区域卡派的运营，对于各区域卡派的运营进行相关的指导和支持；
2. 对于各区域共享的供应商资源及客户运营项目进行操作；
3. 使各区域运营数据无缝对接内部的结算，经分及供应商管理人员；
4. 制定各区域产线的运营类SOP并跟随业务发展进行调整。并对SOP归纳和监管；
5. 充分领会总部的政策变动，对于各区域运营进行及时的宣贯和信息的双向沟通。

岗位要求：

1.本科及以上学历。

2.熟悉物流管理业务流程、有丰富的流程管理经验者优先。

3.熟悉仓库管理软件。

4.有良好的沟通及谈判能力，团队管理能力，独立工作能力，能承受一定的工作压力。

5.有逻辑思维能力，善于思考，总结。

6.熟练应用Word， excel，PPT。

1. 英语优秀，德语流利优先，中文母语者优先。

Truck delivery operation

1. to cooperate with the operation of the regional card faction, for the operation of the regional card faction to provide relevant guidance and support.
2. to operate the shared supplier resources and customer operation projects for each region.
3. to make the operation data of each region seamless to the internal billing, warrants and supplier management.
4. to develop SOPs for the operation of production lines in each region and adjust them in line with business development. And to summarize and supervise the SOPs.
5. to fully understand the policy changes of the headquarters, for the regional operations to carry out timely publicity and two-way communication of information.

Job requirements.

1.Bachelor degree or above.

1. Familiar with logistics management business process, with rich experience in process management is preferred.

3.Familiar with warehouse management software.

4.Good communication and negotiation skills, team management skills, ability to work independently and be able to work under certain pressure.

5.Logical thinking ability, good at thinking and summarizing.

1. Proficient in Word, excel, PPT. 7.
2. Excellent English, fluent German is preferred, native Chinese speaker is preferred.
