Your Tasks
- Co-work with HQ shipping department to arrange shipment for customers
- Provide product, promotion and pricing information to customer
- Maintain and update customer database
- Cooperate with RMA and sales team, in order to coordinate the ongoing cases
- Actively handle customer complaints and take proper action
Your Profile
- Fluent in written and spoken German or English. Chinese language desirable
- Ability to work independently and in team
