1. 根据公司对欧洲的营销战略目标，结合市场特点及竞争状况，组织团队开展商务，交付，售后等工作；
2. 负责欧洲市场调研、项目资源及客户关系开发及维系，保证公司业务发展的可持续性及各期营销绩效目标的顺利完成；
3. 负责公司项目的全生命周期管理，回款管理、协调处理项目交付及售后服务问题；
4. 负责德国子公司团队人员绩效及日常管理；
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，新能源行业工作背景，熟悉德国市场及环境；
2. 熟悉新能源市场情况，有市场管理或项目管理经验者优先；
3. 能够适应常驻德国公司，熟悉当地法律法规情况，英语流利可以作为工作语言；
4. 沟通协调及抗压能力强。
Director / Head of German Company
Job responsibilities.
1. According to the company's marketing strategy objectives for the European market, combined with the characteristics of the European market and the competitive situation, the organization of the team to carry out marketing, technology, delivery, and after-sales work.
2. Responsible for European market research, project resources and customer relationship development and maintenance, to ensure the sustainability of the company's business development and the successful completion of the marketing performance targets for each period.
3. Responsible for the whole life cycle management of the company's projects, repayment management, coordination of project delivery and after-sales service issues.
4. Responsible for the performance and daily management of the German company team personnel.
Job requirements.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, working background in the energy industry, familiar with the German market and environment.
2. Familiar with the new energy market situation, as a market management or project manager is preferred.
3. Be able to adapt to the resident German company, familiar with the local laws and regulations, English can be used as a working language.
4. Strong communication and coordination skills and stress resistance.
