As a Marketing Specialist at Cenntro Europe you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing initiatives to promote our services, strengthen our market presence, and enhance the relationship with the EU Customers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your expertise in marketing strategy, content creation, and digital marketing to effectively communicate the value proposition of our organization and engage key stakeholders within the Electric Automobile industry.

Your Responsibility
- Develop, plan and coordinate marketing projects and campaigns, always keeping an eye on our target audience
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, social media, videos and website content, to present complex scientific concepts in a clear, understandable and target group oriented form.
- Manage website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns, to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Stay informed and analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, client needs, and competitive landscape, and leverage insights to inform marketing strategies and messages.
- Track and analyze Customer demands to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and use insights to optimize strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
- Plan and organize industry conferences and science-driven webinars.
- Collaborate with international business team to develop our EU Busniess Marketing Channels.
- Collaborate and manage external agencies and service providers
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
- Minimum of 1-52years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Fluent in both German and English languages (written and verbal) is required.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a willingness to explore new ideas and approaches to marketing.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite and other creative tools is a plus.
